Who operates ToolsPool

The short version
Many ToolsPool tools process text, files and calculations directly in your browser. For those workflows, the working input is not sent to our servers. We collect only the limited information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
- Core tool inputs are processed locally whenever possible.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Contact messages and voluntary newsletter sign-ups are stored so we can provide the requested service.
- You can ask us to access or delete personal information associated with your contact details.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us, we store your name, email address, selected topic and message. If the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API integration is configured, a copy of that contact submission is also sent as a private notification to UmeedTech’s designated WhatsApp recipient so the team can respond. Meta processes that notification under its applicable business-messaging terms and privacy policies. ToolsPool also loads a floating WhatsApp contact widget supplied by Picky Assist. When you interact with that widget, Picky Assist and WhatsApp may process technical request information and the message details you choose to send under their respective policies. When you subscribe to The Useful Edit, we store your email address. We use this information only to respond, deliver the requested communication and maintain the integrity of those services.
Technical and usage information
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp and diagnostic events. We use aggregated, privacy-conscious measurements to understand reliability and general feature use. We do not attempt to build a profile from the content you process in local tools.
Cookies and advertising
ToolsPool may use essential storage for preferences and security. If advertising or non-essential analytics are enabled, we will present appropriate consent controls where required. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies; personalized advertising is not activated without the permissions required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described, legal requirements and abuse prevention. We use access controls, encrypted transport and reputable infrastructure, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Use our contact form or WhatsApp +92 315 8488824 and we will respond in line with applicable law.
Children and changes
ToolsPool is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this notice when our product or legal obligations change. The date above always identifies the current version.
