Using ToolsPool
You may use ToolsPool for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the service, bypass reasonable safeguards, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware, or use the platform in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Your content and outputs
You keep your rights in content you provide. For locally processed tools, ToolsPool does not receive that working content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed for your intended use.
Guide and editorial ownership
All guides, articles, tutorials and original editorial materials published through ToolsPool are owned by UmeedTech. UmeedTech is the authoring organization, publisher and copyright holder unless a specific page expressly states otherwise. ToolsPool’s interface, visual system, trademarks and site code are also protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with clear attribution, but may not reproduce substantial editorial content without written permission from UmeedTech.
Service changes and termination
We may improve, add, remove or suspend features, and may limit access in response to abuse, legal obligations or security risks. We aim to communicate material changes when practical.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsPool and UmeedTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
